  • Welcome to Al-Quran Online School, these are the terms and conditions of Al-Quran School.
  • The following Terms of Service apply when you become a client or a student.
  • After joining Al-Quran School, if you have any inquiry please email support@alquranschool.com or text the WhatsApp chat 
  • Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions. You agree to be bound by these Terms whenever you start our online courses.

Learning Environment

We ensure that our students have a healthy and an interesting learning environment. Tutors are helpful and available to students for 24 hours a day. Students can enjoy their learning in a cooperative and relaxed environment.

Evaluation & Feedback

In order to improve our service, we ask our students for feedback after studying for a while in the academy. Your feedbacks will help us in improving the student experience and optimizing our services.

Rating and Feedback

Our Support department will contact you after a few lessons to ask for your feedback. Please let them know if you have any concerns, enquiries or complaints. Your feedback helps us to improve our service. We highly appreciate it.

Discounts and rewards

  • Discounts are provided to families who successfully recommend our services to others.
  • Exceptional students or Hafiz participants will be duly recognized and rewarded for their achievements.

Payment Method

  • Easy & Secure Online Payment Methods via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
  • Monthly Recurring Subscription will be paid in advance and automatically renewed on the same day of every month.
  • In case of cancelation, stopping, or changing the plan, we provide you with the option to cancel, pause, or change the plan accordingly with a full money-back guarantee..

Studying only with the Academy

  • Tutors are not allowed to arrange classes with students outside the Academy.
  • Students may take additional courses or make-up classes only with the Academy.
  • It is allowed to contact with your tutor only through the group or via Zoom.
  • We put our trust in both of you. Other than that we will not forgive our rights and consequences will be followed.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

BE ON TIME

  • Time is the Most Important Thing We Own. So, students and teachers must be online on time. No delays are accepted from both student and teacher sides. (except for emergencies).
  • The teacher will begin the class right at the start time. If a student is not present, the teacher will wait for the entire time of the class, and the class will be noted as an “unexcused absence” for the student.
  • If class begins late as a result of the student, the class will resume until the end of the scheduled class time.
  • If the teacher is not in the classroom, please contact the administration immediately so that we can address the problem promptly. Should the teacher miss the class without a substitute filling in for them, a make-up lesson will be scheduled ASAP at the student’s convenience for no additional fee.

ABSENCES (MISSED CLASSES)

  • If a student needs to miss and reschedule a class due to the reasons below, a 1-hour notice to the teacher or the administration is required to avoid being considered “unexcused absence”.
  • Makeup classes must be rescheduled to take place within 4 weeks of the missed class. You can ask for a substitution tutor for your make- up classes at least one week in advance.
  • A rescheduling request must be made within 4 weeks of the missed class.
  • There are NO refunds for any type of absence.

EXCUSED ABSENCES

  • Includes: Illness, Death in Family, Appointment, Work/School Conflict, National Holiday, Technical Issues (internet, zoom, computer issues)
  • If the administration is notified at least 1 hours prior to class, a lesson may be rescheduled for no additional fee. In case of sudden illness or death in the family, please contact us as soon as possible for cancellation of your class
  • Should you have a technical issue at the time of class and are unable to notify us beforehand, please email support as soon as possible so that it can count as an excused absence.

UNEXCUSED ABSENCES

  • Any type of absence that is not listed in the “Excused Absence” policy. This includes an un-notified absence from class and/or notification of non-emergency absence less than 1 hours before class time.
  • In case of unexcused absence, there will be no refund or makeup for that class.

Dress Code

Students should ensure that their outfits is modest and suitable for the Holy Quran Classes.

Leaving the Academy

If students wish to leave the Course, they can contact our Support Team at support@alquranschool.com  or text the WhatsApp chat. Students should discuss Course completion with Staff or Tutors One day before leaving the academy.
